Coffee Pot Cosies

These wool coffee pot cosies are  meant as much as an advertisement  as they are a for sale item.

It might be about a year ago now that lady requested a custom made coffee pot cover,she sent very specific measurements and was very happy about the resulting colourful cake themed cosie.It had not occurred to my mother [the knitter] or myself to make cosies for coffee pots and i still have no idea if anyone else will want one.

Coffee pots come in many different sizes and any of theses styles could be remade to any measurements...

This is a one piece cosie with no velcro.The lids are all completely detachable, they just sit on top

The berries are filled with a soft washable polyester filling

These coffee pot cosies are for a six cup sized coffee pot.The cupcake cosies have a little patch of black velcro that fastens the cosie together underneath the handle

Finally.Folksy! Might have blogged this previously but i now have a Folksy shop with a selection of MollysKnitted items in.I started with around 25 items,now have around 23/22.This has been my problem with Folksy-no sales.I only ever seem to be logging into the site to remove items that have sold elsewhere[Ebay,Etsy]Not likely to relist if i don`t recover listing costs[just under £5}Bit galled with it.If i was French i would spit but i am not so Tut! Hmf! and Pht!

This fleshy pink and coral colour mixed wool tea pot warmer has something of the tropical about it,some of the flowers look a lot like  passionflowers

A richl thickly crocheted tea pot warmer,the dark inky purple really brings out the violet mix colour flowers on top.It has a lovely luscious look to it.

This light green  tea cosie looks a bit pastel shade but it isn`t quite.It is more solid a light green and the pink mix flowers on top are pastel pinks

This green tea cosie with the bright red poppies on top is a little bit turquoise,you can see it has some blue in it[if you compare the basket to the leaves]just not enough to call it turquoise.There is one large tripled layered poppy on top,which should help keep the heat in whoever`s tea pot it ends up on!
